Salary: £32,000 - £39,900

What you will do

  • Lead grant-making and management processes across Scotland to ensure funding achieves maximum impact.
  • Align all activities with local funding priorities and respond to emerging community needs.
  • Coordinate team contributions for the annual hirify.global Children in Need Appeal.
  • Provide inclusive leadership, coaching, and feedback to a small team.
  • Collaborate with UK-wide teams to drive continuous improvement in grant management.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the children and young people’s sector.

Requirements

  • Must have demonstrable experience in grant-making or grant management.
  • Proven experience working with voluntary or community sector organizations.
  • Experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Ability to facilitate panels and committees for grant decision-making.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across multiple teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within the UK children and young people’s sector.
  • Proficiency with grant-management database systems.
  • Experience presenting to diverse audiences.
