What you will do
- Lead the technology lifecycle for the MarTech stack, from interpreting business needs to delivery and support.
- Define and execute a multi-year strategy to unify player experience across sites using a headless enterprise CMS.
- Funnel web behavioral data and consent signals into a CDP to create a single source of truth for player identity.
- Develop requirements for real-time, data-driven hyper-personalization powered by AI-driven content assembly.
- Implement and mature AI agents to automate metadata tagging, SEO, and proactive compliance monitoring.
- Manage strategic vendor partnerships and coordinate cross-functional programs between Marketing, CX, and Data teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of practical experience developing and driving technology-powered solutions.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising, customer journey orchestration, and data architecture.
- Proven experience with AdTech, CRM, and Lifecycle management platforms.
- Ability to establish high-level relationships and advocate solutions to executive leadership.
- Experience in designing and building metrics (acquisition, engagement, retention) to showcase impact.
- Practical experience with budgeting, contract management, and tech compliance.
