What you will do

• Own the roadmap for hirify.global's MCP layer, including unified gateways and MCP servers that expose platform capabilities as tools and resources.
• Drive the context layer using graph-powered services to ground AI in customer content, brand, taxonomy, and performance data.
• Define and scale headless AI services, including LLM proxies and shared inference and retrieval services.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, and cost of AI services for release decisions.
• Champion observability, performance, and multi-tenant scalability as primary product requirements.
• Facilitate early adoption with internal teams and partners to refine platform contracts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in platform or API product management, specifically with AI platforms, data systems, or developer-focused products.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, knowledge graphs, MCP (or comparable protocols), and modern AI/ML concepts.
• Ability to design and apply evaluation and performance frameworks for complex, probabilistic systems.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across engineering and business teams.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and telemetry to guide product decisions.
• English: B2+ required

Nice to have

• Experience shipping headless APIs, SDKs, or MCP servers used by external developers.
• Production experience building context layers, knowledge graphs, or semantic data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
