What you will do

• Define the product strategy for the Games Ecosystem, aligning it with Reddit's long-term growth and creator platform goals.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve game discovery, player retention, and community participation.
• Build a comprehensive roadmap balancing consumer-facing features, developer tools, and platform capabilities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, ML, and Trust/Safety to ship durable ecosystem improvements.
• Collaborate with creators, developers, and moderators to reduce friction and enhance the value of game-related experiences on the platform.
• Establish measurement frameworks to track ecosystem health, builder success, and community engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Extensive experience leading ambiguous product strategy in games, creator ecosystems, or social platforms.
• Strong ability to reason across complex multi-sided ecosystems involving players, developers, and moderators.
• Proven track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize investments and measure product impact.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align diverse teams around a unified vision.
• Strong written communication skills and experience creating clear decision frameworks.
