What you will do

• Advise senior management on complex legal issues, risk management, and commercial strategy.
• Lead the drafting and negotiation of high-value national and international contracts, including supply and license agreements.
• Manage legal disputes and coordinate external counsel in high-profile proceedings.
• Oversee data protection projects to ensure GDPR compliance and manage cross-border data transfers.
• Lead due diligence processes for M&A, restructuring, and other strategic projects.
• Mentor junior legal staff and provide legal support to procurement and supplier management processes.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in law (state examination) and license as a qualified lawyer.
• 7+ years of professional experience in an international company or law firm.
• Expertise in German and international commercial law, contract law, and data protection.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English is mandatory.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Frankfurt.
