What you will do

• Embed with customers and program teams to translate front-line needs into platform and capability requirements.
• Own and evolve the comprehensive company product roadmap for manufacturing and platform capabilities.
• Manage prioritization and resourcing trade-offs to ensure synchronized business delivery.
• Develop internal tools and products (e.g., Nexus) to automate and scale operational processes.
• Lead new product and capability development from "zero to one," including case building and execution.
• Proactively identify emerging risks and resourcing gaps across various business units.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in at least one core domain: advanced manufacturing, hardware, or technology.
• Proven track record of leading delivery across complex hardware and software systems.
• Systems-level thinking to analyze competing constraints and downstream consequences of decisions.
• Strong ability to influence and navigate organizational structures without formal authority.
• Exceptional product judgment and a bias toward driving concrete outcomes.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per ITAR regulations.
