What you will do

• Define product specifications based on customer feedback, market analysis, and technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure deadlines are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee system architecture and technical development across R&D and industrialization phases.
• Manage and inspire project teams to maintain high performance and quality.
• Coordinate between technical teams, customers, sales, and marketing stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Allocate engineering resources effectively to meet project goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-complexity aerospace, defense, or robotics projects through industrialization.
• Industrial expertise in defense systems, UAV/UxV, robotics, aerospace, radars, or AI.
• Strong technical background with the ability to resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset focused on successful product delivery.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Austin, TX
