Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers and staff using the Clover Assistant.
- Engage and onboard new providers and practice staff onto the platform.
- Conduct regular in-person check-ins with practices to reinforce presence and support tool utilization.
- Proactively identify trends and develop solutions to assist practices in driving performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of features and document best practice workflows to drive adoption.
- Foster trusting relationships with clinicians through provider empathy and consistent support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, healthcare provider engagement, or SaaS Customer Success.
- Reliable source of transportation for onsite visits across New Jersey (required 2-4 days per week).
- Strong metrics-focused background in customer success or account management.
- Proven experience establishing strong relationships with healthcare providers and office staff.
- General understanding of healthcare concepts, including claims processing, EHRs, medical billing, and Medicare Advantage.
