What you will do

• Coordinate instrument receipt, updates, and internal workflows to meet strict SLA requirements.
• Manage customer communication regarding project status, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Collaborate with logistics and accounts teams to ensure timely shipments and vendor payment clearance.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable project terms in coordination with the sales department.
• Support inside sales activities, including lead generation and follow-up on promotions.
• Maintain high customer focus and efficiency throughout the entire service lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of customer service experience within a technical services company.
• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong focus on process improvement and innovative problem-solving.
• Ability to work onsite in Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in calibration or technical services customer support.
