What you will do
- Resolve customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with speed and clarity.
- Guide clients through digital platforms for onboarding and document submissions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to business incorporation and accounting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure seamless service.
- Identify recurring customer pain points to suggest workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (Cantonese is non-negotiable).
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support (Fintech or SaaS preferred).
- Must be located in Malaysia.
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Aircall, Slack, and Gmail.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace with stable internet connection.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Hong Kong business regulations.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
