What you will do

  • Resolve customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with speed and clarity.
  • Guide clients through digital platforms for onboarding and document submissions.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to business incorporation and accounting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points to suggest workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (Cantonese is non-negotiable).
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer support (Fintech or SaaS preferred).
  • Must be located in Malaysia.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk, Aircall, Slack, and Gmail.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace with stable internet connection.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of Hong Kong business regulations.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
