What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with high professional standards.
- Manage sensitive situations, including escalated complaints and conflict resolution.
- Review and action user requests, appeals, and correspondence through internal platforms.
- Collect and organize data to support operational reporting and trend analysis.
- Proactively identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- English and Malay proficiency required
