Salary: £30,201 – £31,790

What you will do

• Interrogate and interpret internal and external data to provide high-quality insights on key credit and residual value risks.
• Support the development and improvement of Electric Vehicle (EV) strategy to align with carbon emission targets.
• Oversee residual value setting across various vehicle types, terms, and mileages.
• Manage, review, and challenge risk policies, including the oversight of monthly uploads.
• Provide regular updates on the changing nature of the transport portfolio.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to present findings to various audiences.

Requirements

• Strong numerate skills with A-Level, Degree, or equivalent qualifications.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail for data review and system testing.
• Effective communication skills to explain complex issues clearly to different audiences.
• Curious and logical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and time management skills within a team environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience of Credit Risk and Change Management.
• Practical experience with analytical software and coding, such as SAS, SQL, or PowerBI.
