What you will do

• Own the full sales funnel for the Budapest market, from initial outreach to long-term account management.
• Grow local supply by winning new property managers and accommodation providers through high-volume phone outreach.
• Onboard new partners and ensure they achieve their first bookings quickly.
• Monitor city-wide performance metrics to identify supply gaps and optimize local strategy.
• Continuously improve processes using modern sales tools, automation, and AI.
• Travel regularly to Budapest for partner meetings and commercial development.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong hunter mentality for cold outreach combined with B2B relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve performance.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-rejection environment.
• Must be based in Rotterdam and able to work from the office 2 days per week.
