Responsibilities

• Own the Czech market as our first local salesperson, across all customer segments.
• Work our base of direct contacts (existing clients and warm leads): develop, close and reactivate.
• Handle inbound: qualify quickly, run discovery, and convert interest into paying customers.
• Drive outbound to larger and high-potential accounts through cold outreach, your own network and industry communities.
• Run the full sales cycle end to end — prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close — and own the number.
• Be our voice of the market: systematically gather customer needs, objections and pain points and feed them to product and marketing so we tailor the offering to Czechia.
• Test and iterate positioning, messaging and channels to find what resonates with Czech buyers.
• Temporarily provide light customer-success care to the clients you sign, until a dedicated CS person is in place (with a small servicing bonus).
• Keep the CRM clean and share regular insight on pipeline, win/loss reasons and market signals.

What we're looking for

• Czech at native or near-native level (C2), spoken and written — the role involves daily conversations, calls and written correspondence in Czech. Strong Czech-speaking Slovak candidates are also welcome.
• Working English for internal communication.
• Senior experience in B2B / SaaS sales (or strong service sales), with a hunter mindset.
• A self-starter who can grow a market and bring product feedback from the field.

What we offer

• Base salary of EUR 2,000/month (Net).
• On-target earnings from EUR 4,000/month with no upper cap — earnings are commission-based and reflect real sales performance.
• Official employment in Hungary (Altegio Europe KFT).
• Budapest-based; relocation considered — a relocation package is available for the right candidate.
