What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Figma Weave.
• Optimize structured, node-based workflows to be more intuitive and accessible to a broader range of creators.
• Develop abstraction layers and editing capabilities for modifying and extending workflows without sacrificing quality.
• Enable efficient generation of variations and new outputs within defined creative systems.
• Balance foundational technical investments with immediate user-facing improvements for long-term scalability.
• Establish success metrics around workflow adoption, output quality, and user impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager.
• Experience building products that support structured workflows or multi-step creation pipelines.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to operate in technically complex environments.
• Track record of expanding products to new audiences while preserving depth for power users.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in emerging product spaces.

Nice to have

• Experience with creative tools, node-based tools, automation platforms, or generative AI products.
• Familiarity with motion design, brand systems, or large-scale content production workflows.
• Background in scaling products from early-stage adoption to broader market reach.
• Experience supporting multiple personas within a single product ecosystem.
