Product Manager (AI)

Builds an AI workflow platform that automates complex processes for financial institutions and produces and validates client-ready work.

What you will do

• Own a core product area from customer discovery and problem definition through launch, adoption, iteration, and impact measurement.
• Study the workflows, pain points, and mental models of bankers, investors, and consultants.
• Turn customer feedback and internal ideas into clear problem statements, PRDs, and focused product bets.
• Prototype solutions with v0, Figma Make, and other no-code or low-code tools before engineering investment.
• Partner with engineering, design, founders, and customers to scope, prioritize, and ship high-quality features.
• Define success metrics, run lightweight experiments, and help debug workflow, UX, AI behavior, and data-quality issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or a product-focused role.
• Experience owning a problem space end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience building products for complex or technical users, including finance, data, developer, or B2B SaaS users.
• Strong product sense and the ability to turn ambiguous feedback into clear requirements and roadmap decisions.
• Comfort working directly with customers, conducting interviews, and operating with changing priorities in a fast-moving startup.
• Excellent written communication skills for specifications, decisions, and internal alignment.

Nice to have

• Experience at an AI, data, or developer tools company.
• Background as an engineer, data scientist, or in another technical role.
