Associate Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Support product strategy, priorities, and quarterly objectives for the Applicant Tracking System platform.
• Manage backlog refinement, user story creation, and sprint planning with Engineering.
• Use AI-powered tools and Figma to create concepts, document workflows, and summarize requirements.
• Define business requirements and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with UX and QA to validate product functionality.
• Monitor feature development and support launch readiness, release documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Participate in customer conversations, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating technical user stories, requirements, and use cases.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, AirFocus, and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience using or strong interest in AI tools for analysis, documentation, prototyping, or requirements generation.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and experience collaborating on wireframes, user flows, and designs using Figma or similar platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and PowerPoint communication skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and collaborate effectively.
