Salary: 6000€–6500€ gross per month

What you will do
- Shape the evolution of the engineering function through organizational design and strategic workforce planning.
- Partner with senior technology leadership to define strategic priorities and drive organizational alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders to strengthen decision-making and team performance.
- Lead quarterly planning and goal-setting processes to ensure accountability and successful delivery.
- Partner with HR to develop engineering career frameworks and talent development initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, budgeting, and resource allocation through financial and performance insights.
Requirements
- Must be based in Estonia
- 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Operations, or Strategy within a technology organization.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce strategy, and leadership development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- English: C1 proficiency required

- Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent).
