What you will do

• Lead the Risk Technology team through hiring, planning, task decomposition, and process improvement.
• Own team execution and delivery to ensure predictable timelines aligned with risk and business objectives.
• Drive the continuous improvement of risk scoring and decisioning capabilities.
• Shape the architecture, design, and implementation of backend services in Golang.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with risk analysts and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience leading engineering teams (hiring, development, and delivery management).
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Go developer.
• Strong technical background enabling participation in architectural discussions and solution validation.
• Proven experience in building and optimizing development processes (planning, retrospectives).
• English: B1 or higher required for communication with an international team.
