What you will do

• Plan and coordinate multiple domestic charge point installations across designated regions simultaneously.
• Create efficient schedules accounting for installer availability, regional constraints, and customer commitments.
• Proactively communicate timeline changes to customers to maintain high satisfaction and trust.
• Act as the first point of contact for domestic operations enquiries, managing phone lines for installers and customers.
• Collaborate with regional installers to optimize route planning and reduce travel times.

Requirements

• Experience balancing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions to solve operational problems.
• Technically minded with the capacity to quickly learn electrical jargon and systems.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
