Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 / year

What you will do
- Plan and coordinate multiple domestic charge point installations across designated regions simultaneously.
- Create efficient schedules accounting for installer availability, regional constraints, and customer commitments.
- Proactively communicate timeline changes to customers to maintain high satisfaction and trust.
- Act as the first point of contact for domestic operations enquiries, managing phone lines for installers and customers.
- Collaborate with regional installers to optimize route planning and reduce travel times.
Requirements
- Experience balancing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions to solve operational problems.
- Technically minded with the capacity to quickly learn electrical jargon and systems.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
