What you will do

  • Coordinate the ordering and processing of food product samples for photography.
  • Manage the lifecycle of packshot files, including renaming, resizing, and uploading to the image library.
  • Configure and set up new products on the digital platform for online visibility.
  • Track and manage sign-offs and approvals across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update project trackers daily to ensure strict adherence to launch timelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, packaging, and data teams to resolve ambiguities and ensure smooth product launches.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid capacity in London.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Attention to detail when handling large volumes of administrative data.
