What you will do

• Provide independent assurance across delegated authority transformation workstreams, including AI-enabled bordereaux processing and process redesign.
• Design and maintain programme governance frameworks covering risk registers, milestones, reporting, dependencies, and escalation processes.
• Challenge and validate solution decisions related to AI, automation, process efficiency, and operational scalability.
• Prepare programme reports and steering committee documentation for senior stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks and governance gaps, recommend mitigations, and support structured programme decisions.
• Support change activities across business, technology, compliance, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Experience in programme assurance, PMO leadership, transformation governance, or strategic programme oversight within financial services or insurance.
• Experience with complex transformation programmes involving multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong understanding of Lloyd’s market operations, delegated authority, bordereaux processing, or insurance operating models.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled process improvement, intelligent automation, document processing, and technology adoption governance.
• Knowledge of risk registers, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, escalation processes, and steering committee reporting.
• Fluent English required. Strong communication, analytical, structured, and collaboration skills are essential.
