What you will do

• Develop materials for corporate presentations.
• Assist with finance operations and stakeholder documentation, including confidentiality agreements.
• Prepare simple financial trackers, reports, and internal updates.
• Organize files and maintain documentation systems.
• Maintain stakeholder information in the company CRM and manage meeting pipelines (scheduling, tracking, follow-ups).
• Research and analyze industry factors and support ad-hoc analytical requests for Finance and Leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data management tools.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
