What you will do
- Provide L2 infrastructure and network support for servers, virtualization, and firewalls across 12 countries remotely.
- Manage global endpoint rollouts and application packaging using Workspace ONE UEM.
- Administer and patch Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Ubuntu operating systems.
- Oversee VMware VCF (vSphere/vSAN) virtualization management.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and storage/backup solutions.
- Troubleshoot Arista, Cisco, and HP switches; manage Checkpoint/Gaia firewalls, VPN, and perimeter security.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in infrastructure and network support.
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) administration and patching.
- Experience with VMware VCF, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Strong skills in switch administration (Cisco, Arista, HP) and firewall management (Checkpoint/Gaia).
- Experience with Workspace ONE UEM for global rollout management.
- English: Fluent (C1) required.
