What you will do

• Oversee best-in-class Paid Social campaign activation across platforms including Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit, and Pinterest.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies tailored to branding and conversion objectives.
• Manage key client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact and driving revenue growth through new opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of onshore and offshore talent, managing workloads and performance reviews.
• Ensure financial accuracy, spend reconciliation, and operational excellence throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-channel Paid Social campaign activation and management.
• Expertise in managing large-scale campaigns on Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, and X.
• Experience leading client relationships, specifically within the Consumer Technology sector.
• Strong people management skills with a track record of developing junior team members.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
