What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, ensuring health, satisfaction, and contract renewals.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable recommendations for brand performance.
- Present detailed reports and insights to stakeholders using effective storytelling techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and pilot new product developments.
- Identify and nurture upsell and cross-sell opportunities in coordination with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and account health tracking within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in data analytics and management.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and a strong aptitude for writing data-driven insights.
- Proven ability to lead presentations and engage with diverse stakeholders through storytelling.
- Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to complex, changing environments and resolve issues constructively.
- Understanding of business challenges within the fashion, lifestyle, or beauty sectors.
