What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of quantitative research projects, ensuring methodological rigor and high-quality outputs.
• Develop questionnaires, sampling approaches, and analytical frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct advanced quantitative analyses, including segmentation, drivers analysis, regression, and pricing.
• Translate complex datasets into strategic narratives to drive client decision-making.
• Manage consultative client partnerships and support business development through proposals and pitches.
• Mentor junior team members in data interpretation, storytelling, and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, Marketing, or Psychology.
• 7–10 years of experience in quantitative research within an agency or consultancy.
• Strong expertise in quantitative research design, data analysis, and interpretation.
• Ability to translate quantitative outputs into strategic recommendations.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects, including timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Must be comfortable working in multi-market and multicultural environments.
