Junior Product Designer

What you will do

• Support user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, problem definition, and user flow development.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes, simple user flows, and interface designs using established patterns.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and prepare assets for delivery.
• Create and edit graphic assets for app stores and marketing materials.
• Work with Product and Engineering to refine user stories and tickets within Agile squads.
• Communicate progress and build effective relationships across the squad.

Requirements

• Some experience in UX, UI, or digital product design through employment, an internship, freelance work, personal projects, or education.
• A portfolio showing the design process, problem-solving approach, and outcomes.
• Interest in user research, usability, accessibility, and user-centred design.
• Clear written and verbal communication, constructive response to feedback, and good organisation.
• Familiarity with at least one modern design tool such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Basic understanding of web and app technology; coding familiarity is beneficial but not required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FigJam, Miro, Notion, Jira, Trello, PowerPoint, Keynote, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Basic familiarity with coding and how digital products are built.
