What you will do

• Support user research and usability testing, documenting findings and contributing to problem definition.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interface designs based on established patterns.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and prepare assets for delivery.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine user stories and tickets.
• Support the wider team with graphic creation and editing tasks for marketing or app stores.
• Build effective working relationships across the squad and participate in Agile processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in London.
• Some experience in UX, UI, or digital product design via roles, internships, or personal projects.
• A portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, design process, and outcomes.
• Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Basic understanding of web and app technology.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain work and accept constructive feedback.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with whiteboarding tools like FigJam or Miro.
• Experience with organizational tools like Notion, Jira, or Trello.
• Basic understanding of coding and how digital products are built.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
