TL;DR

Sr. Customer Success Manager (Sports Tech): Managing a portfolio of clients in Scandinavia to maximize product utility and drive renewals with an accent on customer relationships and data-driven engagement. Focus on identifying customer workflows, delivering product demonstrations, and achieving quarterly/yearly renewal targets.

Location: Must be based in or within commuting distance of Barcelona, Spain (3 days in office per week)

Compensation: €55,000 - €80,000 OTE

hirify.global is a sports technology company that provides tools for coaches and athletes to capture video, analyze data, and share highlights to improve game performance.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland.
  • Discover customer workflows and pinpoint opportunities to maximize product efficiency and utility.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on hirify.global's feature set.
  • Drive growth and ensure business stability by meeting quarterly and yearly renewal and expansion targets.
  • Execute onsite visits to connect directly with coaches and athletes.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical ability to identify and communicate metrics regarding user behavior and engagement.
  • Background in data and video integration to provide actionable real-world outputs for customers.
  • Proactive approach to client outreach and organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
  • Must be located in Barcelona or within commuting distance to work from the office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in coaching or athletics.
  • Prior experience in sales.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global products and their value proposition.
  • Growth mindset and a desire for continuous professional development.
