What you will do

• Manage large-scale New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to launch.
• Create and monitor project plans, including milestones, budgets, and COGS.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Purchasing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while reporting status to executive management.
• Coordinate technical product documentation and procurement for prototype builds.
• Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharma, automotive).
• Proven track record of leading NPI projects through the full development lifecycle.
• Strong experience managing project scope, schedule, risks, and financial targets.
• Fluent English language proficiency required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Germany, Czech Republic, and the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with single-use/disposable medical products and process validation.
• Exposure to active medical devices (software, electronics, or mechanics).
• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid development methodologies.
• PMP, IPMA, or Prince2 certification.
• Fluent German language skills.
