What you will do

• Run continuous operational syncs across the EMS domain to ensure ownership of cross-team topics.
• Track technical and operational timelines to highlight and resolve bottlenecks before they impact milestones.
• Communicate project progress, deadlines, and delivery risks to leadership.
• Coordinate stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to streamline operations.
• Develop automated reporting structures and dashboards to maintain roadmap visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in tech, engineering, or a comparable field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical project management, IT planning, or consulting within a fast-paced tech environment.
• Understanding of software engineering development cycles and product team workflows.
• Proficiency with agile tools such as Linear, Notion, or equivalents.
• Must be based in Germany (remote or hybrid).
• Strong communication and moderation skills to align different teams.
