What you will do

• Own the solution strategy, architecture, and delivery for OMS customer projects.
• Design and oversee complex integrations with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, TMS, and POS systems.
• Ensure the development of scalable, cloud-native, and API-driven OMS solutions.
• Partner with global business, product, and delivery leaders to align technical goals.
• Support presales activities, solution design, and technical governance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Experience with OMS platforms such as hirify.global OM, Manhattan, IBM Sterling, or Blue Yonder.
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle, inventory, fulfillment, and returns.
• Proficiency in microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel transformation experience.
• Consulting or presales background.
• Experience working with European and Asia Pacific stakeholders.
