What you will do

• Lead audience acquisition strategy for major activations, including product launches and industry events.
• Build and execute multichannel journey plans across email, paid, web, and in-product channels.
• Partner with Sales and Demand Generation to operationalize high-value marketing signals and improve pipeline conversion.
• Manage the operational backbone of campaign delivery, including segmentation and journey automation.
• Coordinate campaign production across design, web, and marketing operations teams.
• Deliver audience insights to inform and evolve broader marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, campaign, demand generation, or digital community marketing.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with high attention to detail.
• Strategic mindset capable of turning business goals into scalable campaign systems.
• Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
• Data-driven approach with a bias toward testing, iteration, and measurable impact.
• Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
