TL;DR

Senior Strategist / CX Consultant (Customer Experience): Developing and optimizing customer and employee experience journeys for global brands with an accent on design-thinking, eCommerce technology, and journey mapping. Focus on facilitating workshops, creating CX frameworks, and leading transformation projects for C-level stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid (London, United Kingdom) - Teams are in the office an average of four days a week.

What you will do

  • Plan and deliver CX optimization and transformation projects across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Facilitate workshops using design-thinking methods to improve digital products and services.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) offerings.
  • Strategically lead the development of CX consultancy propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop CX frameworks and tools, including blueprinting, service ideation, and journey mapping.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI design, optimization, and consulting leads to deliver joined-up engagements.

Requirements

  • Experience in CX consultancy focusing on new product development, roadmap definition, and business case creation.
  • In-depth expertise in CX for eCommerce and influencing omnichannel journeys.
  • Proven track record of designing and leading CX engagements and facilitating workshops.
  • Ability to contribute to research projects and utilize insights for strategic development.
  • Experience presenting complex frameworks and insights to C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office).
