What you will do

• Deliver high-profile digital products for some of the UK’s largest companies and Public Sector organisations.
• Create design concepts, user experience designs, and end-to-end service blueprints.
• Lead design workshops and design sprints with team members, users, and senior stakeholders.
• Rapidly design and test digital prototypes with users to validate solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex business and technical challenges clearly.
• Ensure services meet user needs and pass Service Standard Assessments.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in service design with the ability to lead and coach team members.
• Proven track record delivering in the UK public sector, including working to GDS standards and passing Service Standard Assessments.
• Experience working in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams within large transformation projects.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and navigate difficult discussions under tight timescales.
• Strong skills in user research, analysis of complex service areas, and prototype testing.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in London.
