What you will do

• Define and own the QA strategy, processes, and standards across the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a scalable testing framework emphasizing automated testing.
• Lead test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness across multiple product teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define acceptance criteria and embed quality early.
• Establish quality metrics and dashboards to provide transparency on progress.
• Ensure testing activities support security, performance, and compliance for data lakehouse systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Quality Assurance within an agile software development environment.
• Expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Hands-on experience with API integration, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into deployment workflows.
• Experience testing modern data platforms built on Lakehouse architecture (e.g., Databricks or Snowflake).
• Location: Must be based in London
