QA/QC Engineer (Selenium)

What you will do

• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications, including functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Analyze requirements and technical documentation to define testing scope, risks, and coverage.
• Design, execute, and document test cases, scenarios, test data, test plans, and test results.
• Develop, maintain, and execute Selenium automation scripts and analyze failures to improve test coverage.
• Identify, report, track, and verify defects with clear logs, screenshots, and reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and project teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality control.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automation testing, including strong Selenium experience.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, test design techniques, software testing lifecycle, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# for automation testing, plus test management and bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL, API testing, or Postman.
• Good written and spoken English.
