What you will do

• Define and execute a strategic vision for quality engineering supporting insurance software platforms.
• Provide hands-on expertise with Guidewire Policy Center to ensure reliability across insurance product lines.
• Oversee integration testing across complex, interconnected insurance platforms.
• Establish QE processes, standards, and methodologies aligned with industry best practices and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing vendor-based team and internal employees.
• Implement automation strategies and AI testing methodologies to reduce time-to-market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in insurance product development and regulatory standards.
• Deep hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center and insurance system integrations.
• Proficiency in QA automation tools, frameworks, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
