What you will do

• Architect and maintain comprehensive UI and API test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Define and implement QA processes, coding standards, and test automation strategies.
• Integrate automated scripts into CI/CD pipelines and manage testing infrastructure.
• Drive the adoption of GenAI-powered testing tools to optimize QA workflows.
• Mentor AQA team members, manage team composition, and participate in hiring and grading processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed continuous testing into the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Automation QA with a focus on Web and backend API testing.
• 2+ years of experience in leading and managing testing teams.
• Strong coding proficiency in Java and deep understanding of SOLID principles.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium and API frameworks like Rest Assured.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, TeamCity) and cloud services (AWS).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin.
• Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Skills in virtualization and mock/stub service development.
