What you will do

• Own and nurture key client relationships as the primary strategic partner for social media and digital communications.
• Lead the development and execution of innovative social media strategies, including organic, paid, and large-scale integrated campaigns.
• Manage the financial health of social accounts, focusing on forecasting, revenue generation, and budget management.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and data leads to develop social-first creative briefs.
• Mentor and develop Social Account Managers and junior team members to ensure high performance.
• Utilize AI, social listening tools, and the company's operating platform to uncover insights and drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading major social media accounts and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Deep expertise in developing comprehensive social media strategies (organic, paid, influencer, and community management).
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in account profitability and scoping complex campaigns.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams of social media professionals.
• Expert-level understanding of the social media landscape, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
• Practical understanding of applying AI and analytics platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
