What you will do

• Own and manage a portfolio of large enterprise restaurant accounts end-to-end.
• Lead strategic planning and commercial negotiations with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of core products such as hirify.global+, hirify.global Ads, hirify.global Drive, and hirify.global Capital.
• Analyze partner performance metrics using BI tools to turn insights into concrete growth actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Product teams.
• Build internal tools, frameworks, and workflows to optimize regional decision-making.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management, strategy, consulting, or commercial roles.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Looker.
• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strategic commercial thinking and an ownership mindset.
