What you will do
- Acquire new customers and upsell existing customers across various industries (SMBs) in a trust-based sales approach.
- Present one.com products and services (web hosting, SEO, online marketing) via phone.
- Lead and close contract negotiations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure continued customer success.
- Collaborate with the team to improve and streamline sales processes.
- Own sales targets and performance metrics (KPIs).
Requirements
- Location: must be located in Budapest (hybrid work).
- 1+ year B2B sales experience in SaaS, IT, or digital services (web hosting/online marketing) preferred.
- German speaking (English is a strong plus).
- Consultative selling mindset (not door-to-door), focused on long-term relationships.
- Strong closing skills and ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including handling outbound calls.
