What you will do

• Design and maintain platform infrastructure using Terraform and IaC principles.
• Develop memory services, vector storage patterns, and semantic search capabilities.
• Operate a Kubernetes-based platform supporting GitOps practices for service deployment and scaling.
• Build observability tools to monitor agent execution, performance, and operational health.
• Design secure access patterns for enterprise data and integrate guardrails for AI agents.
• Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, and security teams to define platform standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience operating Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure in production.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell, or Go for automation.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen) and RAG/vector search systems.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• German language skills.
