What you will do

• Develop and deploy LLM-powered features within a large-scale production application.
• Design and implement end-to-end RAG systems, including vector databases and retrieval optimization.
• Build and maintain multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Utilize AI-assisted and agentic coding tools to automate workflows and refactor code.
• Ensure system security, authentication, and data protection across backend services.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany, France, or Switzerland.
• Senior-level expertise in Python and building REST APIs with FastAPI.
• Proven experience with NLP, machine learning, and major LLM model APIs.
• Hands-on experience designing RAG systems and multi-agent architectures.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to debug complex backend environments.
• Proficiency with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
