What you will do
- Manage, optimize, and scale the regional Sales Team, including Sales Managers, MIRs, and SDRs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales penetration plans for Japan and Korea.
- Oversee deal structuring, forecasting, and client interactions to ensure revenue and retention goals are met.
- Hire, train, and coach team members to improve conversion rates and career development.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct root-cause analysis to accelerate team performance.
- Represent the company's GTM efforts and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of total work experience with 2-3 years in a commercial leadership or team management role.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is mandatory.
- Proven track record in SaaS Sales and regional business planning.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing space and market intelligence.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience in hiring/ramping sales representatives.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate multiple teams.
