What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage a Retail team consisting of Key Account and Key Partner Growth Managers.
  • Manage the sector pipeline and forecasts while overseeing the performance and development of direct reports.
  • Proactively conduct outreach to build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers of large retail accounts.
  • Create and deliver high-quality professional pitches and presentations to potential partners.
  • Optimize the supermarket portfolio to maximize store coverage and supply through zero-waste strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop unique value propositions for key accounts.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the Spanish Retailer environment with commercial experience working with prominent brands.
  • Proven track record in Sales and Business Development, specifically winning key account leads.
  • Strong team leadership and people management experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel for performance reporting and projections.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong passion for sustainability and the mission to reduce food waste.
