Forward Deployment Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid/Onsite (RMZ TITANIUM). Willingness to travel and work on customer premises is required.

What you will do

• Partner with customers to translate business challenges into high-quality, fit-for-purpose AI solutions.
• Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from initial scoping to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot and enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability in dynamic environments.
• Capture field intelligence and best practices to contribute to the evolution of core AI platforms.
• Collaborate within a triad delivery model alongside engineering, consulting, and product experts.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 1 year in Agentic AI frameworks and ML.
• At least 1 year of experience in building and deploying generative AI solutions.
• Demonstrable expertise in Python programming.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
• Practical knowledge of RAG architectures and integrating knowledge sources.
• Willingness to travel and work on customer premises as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with observability and evaluation platforms like LangSmith.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google AI).
