What you will do

• Develop media planning expertise across various channels, including DE+I and carbon-conscious media strategies.
• Utilize industry tools such as TGI, Pathmatics, and AdIntel to conduct competitive analysis and extract audience insights.
• Manage campaign fundamentals, including updating schematics, delivering media plans, and coordinating creative assets.
• Handle financial administration, including PO trackers, bookings, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate regular meetings between clients and creative agencies and maintain internal and external status reports.
• Collaborate closely with activation teams to implement tactical plans and responses.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
• Genuine curiosity about the media and marketing industry, including current trends and challenges.
• Ability to research industry data and summarize findings into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to adapt style to different audiences and handle stakeholder requests professionally.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables with minimal error.
