What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Partner Marketing and Campaign Activation specialists.
• Build strategic partner marketing plans that align with category ambitions and commercial objectives.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and key brand partners to secure investment.
• Oversee the end-to-end planning, delivery, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Category, Commercial, Creative, and Analytics teams to maximize campaign impact.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and revenue streams to support the growth of Very Media Group.

Requirements

• Strong experience in brand marketing, retail media, media planning, or commercial partnerships.
• Proven people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and build compelling propositions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience managing strategic partner relationships and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Data-led approach to decision-making using performance metrics and customer insights.
