What you will do

• Analyze and validate project proposals from international affiliates and plants.
• Drive project execution, managing both technical and organizational aspects.
• Define technical characteristics, budgets, and timelines for investment equipment.
• Coordinate project phases from definition to commissioning and start-up.
• Facilitate technical discussions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement best practices through benchmarking critical processes.

Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree required.
• Over ten years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing).
• English proficiency and Italian mother tongue required.
• Availability to travel internationally.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team-working skills.
• Ability to manage inter-departmental and multicultural relations.

Nice to have

• CAD design experience.
• On-field (plant) experience.
